If you take a membership, these are the terms and conditions you will need to read and accept.
E3 Club is a reference platform for businessman, and each member is responsible for their own
financial transactions.
The E3 Club Prime membership fee is a one-time joining fee, and any meeting or event fee must be
paid separately.
This membership is managed by E3 Club and is not controlled
by any City ED or Chapter Director.
To upgrade to a Privilege membership after Prime membership, the full current amount must be
paid. Merging or adding memberships is not permitted.
Misuse of community data, such as spamming or promoting MLM schemes, will result in automatic
removal from all databases without prior notice.
Members must behave professionally and respectfully towards other E3 Club members and individuals
outside the group. Any member found guilty of harassment (mental, physical, or sexual) will be
immediately removed from the group. Decisions on such matters will be subject to the consent of
the Head Office, with all legal proceedings within the jurisdiction of Surat City.
Members terminated for policy violations can re-join E3 Club after three months. The head office
will make a decision after knowing the reason for their termination.
Members engaging in unfair or immoral behavior towards others will be immediately terminated by
the E3 Club Office.
Members can cancel their subscription at any time by clicking "Cancel Membership" in their
account.
If a region has Privilege membership authority and a policy violation is found, both memberships
will be canceled automatically.
The welcome kit will be delivered to the address in your account. If undelivered and returned to
the E3 Club head office, you must collect it from the head office at your own expense.
Members with problems or suggestions should email the official E3 Club address.
No refund policy:
E3 Club Prime Membership is non-refundable.
Members will not receive a refund or transfer of their fees if they cancel their
membership for any reason.
Cancellation Policy:
Members can cancel their membership at any time without penalty. However, canceling a
membership results in the immediate termination of access to our services and benefits.
Refunds are not available for cancellations as per the no refund policy.
E3 Club policies may change as per requirements, and members must accept these changes.
